Nuru

Aielli’s open-air museum is even more beautiful and, above all, green thanks to the first eco-mural of Borgo Universo, created with Airlite painting.

It is titled Nuru, which means “day of light” in African language Swahili. The symbolism of Nuru focuses on the meaning of balance, so precarious, so constantly changing, and respect. Nuru talks about a balance that concerns mankind and nature and can only exist through respect.

The paint represents a segment of the mountain through which the artists want us to observe our territory from another point of view. He urges us to travel with our imagination and visualize the reality from a different perspective.
