Nowadays, it is relatively rare for a brand to give back to the community something that has a positive effect on people’s quality of life, both mentally and physically. The aim of the project – as explained by the sponsor Footshop – was to paint a mural to bring colors to the everyday life of a gray spot in the city, while also taking up the fight against the worsening air pollution.
Instead of focusing on the “horror”, Footshop focuses its available energies on a solution and, along with Nike and the creative teams of The Goods. – Creative Co. and Colorfools, designed a 64m2 mural, all painted with Airlite. This way, they got into the fight against air pollution and started cleaning the air in the immediate vicinity of one of the busiest main roads in Budapest.
It would be naive to think that this one creation will save the Earth, or even Budapest itself, but you have to start somewhere!
